What Will Smith was Really Thinking

It is far past time that the real Will Smith be revealed. What are we thinking around the box that Will Smith put himself in? You know, I never liked the guy but now I want to defend him. Put yourself in his place. All the anxiety of would he win or not? Sitting with his children and wife, sort of, over there, away and soaking up her priviledged seat to be at the Oscar’s or maybe being a support to her children, that they might have a semblance of being a family. Whatever, Will may have desired to not appear as a family but to be a family and he definitely knew Jada was there, and he wanted to step back into the role as her protector, head of the family, the defender who might win back his place with her, a place in her heart. Forget the apologies not needed really from any of us. Who are we to string Will’s discomfort out by our continued attention. Just put yourself in Will’s shoes and give the man a break. He tried to do the right thing. He tried to put his family back together again. Are we not all Humpty Dumpties' at one time or another in our own lives? Give Will a break, give even our own selves a break and let the incident go.
